1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Crew ("the Service"), operated by Crew ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us.

2. Description of Service

Crew is a personal AI agent platform. The Service provides:

  • A personal AI agent that can interact through web chat and connected messaging channels
  • Integration with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Contacts) and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, Calendar)
  • Web search, document creation, file management, and code execution in a sandboxed workspace
  • Voice message processing and transcription via connected messaging channels
  • Automated task scheduling via cron jobs
  • A marketplace of additional tools and skills
  • Referral program for earning bonus credits

3. Account Registration

You must sign in using a Google or Microsoft account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are between 16 and 18 years old, you represent that you have your parent or legal guardian's consent to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited messages through connected channels
  • Generate harmful, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or illegal content
  • Upload or process protected health information (PHI), classified materials, or other legally restricted data
  • Attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, or usage restrictions
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service or other users' experience
  • Use the AI agent to impersonate a real person without their consent
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without authorization
  • Use automated means to create multiple accounts or abuse the referral program

5. AI Agent Limitations

The AI agent may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate responses. You cannot rely on any content generated by the Service as a substitute for professional advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before acting on it. The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content for any purpose.

Actions performed by the AI agent on your connected accounts (sending emails, creating calendar events, modifying files, executing code) are performed on your behalf and under your responsibility. You assume all risks associated with relying on AI-generated outputs or actions.

6. Connected Services

When you connect Google, Microsoft, or messaging channels (Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Slack, KakaoTalk, LINE) to the Service, you authorize Crew to access those services on your behalf within the scope of the permissions you grant. You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting the channel or revoking OAuth permissions from the respective provider's settings.

Data accessed through Google Workspace APIs is used solely to provide the Service to you and is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models.

Crew is not responsible for outages, changes, or data loss in third-party services. Your use of connected services is also subject to their respective terms of service.

7. Credits and Billing

The Service operates on a credit-based billing system. Credits are consumed when the AI agent processes messages. Details of credit costs per model and plan limits are described on our Pricing page.

7.1 Subscription Plans

  • Free tier credits reset monthly and do not carry over
  • Paid subscription charges are billed through Stripe on a recurring monthly basis
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

7.2 Credit Packs

  • You may purchase additional credit packs at any time
  • Purchased credits do not expire as long as your account remains active
  • Purchased credits are non-refundable once consumed

7.3 Auto-Recharge

  • You may enable auto-recharge to automatically purchase credits when your balance falls below a threshold
  • Auto-recharge requires explicit opt-in and can be disabled at any time
  • You are responsible for managing your auto-recharge settings and spending limits

8. Referral Program

We offer a referral program that rewards users for inviting others to the Service.

  • Both the referrer and the referred user receive bonus credits upon successful signup
  • Additional bonus credits are awarded when a referred user upgrades to a paid plan
  • Referral credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Self-referrals, fake accounts, and other forms of referral abuse are prohibited and may result in account termination
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time
  • Unused referral credits may be canceled at our discretion in cases of abuse

9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to the Service. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not use your content to train AI models.

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

11. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Crew and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.
